B+W have completed our contract within the stunning new MGM property in the Cotai region of Macau.
The $3.4 billion development broke ground in February 2013, and opened its doors in February 2018, adding to the growing MGM portfolio in Asia. The development includes a 1,600 bed hotel, a casino with 1,500 slot machines and 175 gaming tables, with non-gaming facilities at an unprecedented scale of 85% of the gross floor area including restaurants, retail and entertainment venues, and of course spa. Additional facilities include Asia’s first dynamic theatre, the largest permanent art collection in Macau, and the spectacle, a multi-sensory experience, designed to capture the attention of all who enter the complex.
As part of the extensive spa experience, B+W provided male, female and VIP feature pools, and an array of thermal experiences such as; salt stone saunas, herbal steam rooms, infra-red rooms, and various feature showers and specialist ‘Spa Heaven’ facilities incorporated within the treatment rooms.
