The new £17.5m Sedbergh Sports and Leisure Facility is part of an ongoing investment programme by Bradford District Council to replace outdated and inefficient leisure facilities, with modern, purpose built amenities that better serve local communities and encourage greater participation in sports.
This, new build, high spec centre will include a 25m and learner pool along with an 8 court sports hall, 80 station fitness suite, dance studios and outdoor pitches for football and rugby.
B+W are delighted to have been appointed as specialist contractors on this project, working once again alongside ISG as the main contractors. Our scope of works will include the design, supply, install and commissioning of the 25m main pool and 12m learner pool filtration systems.
The learner pool will also benefit from a full moveable floor, providing flexibility for users of all abilities and allowing the operator to offer a range of activities.

The project is due for completion in Summer 2019.
