This luxury hotel, to be constructed as part of the Grand Lisboa Palace Complex, will be the first hotel in the world fully designed by the iconic Chanel designer, Karl Lagerfeld.
Sited adjacent to the Macau Asian Games Dome, the Karl Lagerfeld Hotel comprises of 270 guestrooms located within a single 20 story tower. On site facilities include Michelin-starred restaurants, retail mall, wedding pavilion, multi-purpose theatre and many more food and beverage outlets.
Commissioned by Sociedade De Jogos De Macau, the development incorporates The SJM branded Lisboa Palace and the Palazzo Versace, which both have direct access to the 27,000 square metre gaming floor, housing around 700 tables, and 1,200 gaming machines.
Barr+Wray have been appointed to supply and install the wet spa facilities on site within separate male and female areas. These will include sauna, steam room, ice fountain, heated seating and ozone treated vitality pool complete with water and air features.
The contract for supply and install has been awarded to B+W following our involvement at the design stage. We provided the interior design of the wet facilities and engineering design works for the pools and thermals.
This project is scheduled to open in 2018.
