Havering Council, in partnership with the sports and leisure management operator SLM will run the new, state of the art, Hornchurch Sports Centre.
The new centre will be built where the overflow car park is for the current centre and will offer an 8 lane, 25m swimming pool, a much larger diving pool, four tennis courts and an expanded gym.
B+W are delighted to be working alongside Main Contractor Metnor on this project. We will be responsible for the filtration systems of both the main and diving pools. Both pool swill be constructed using our Myrtha technology.
The diving pool also benefitting from a moveable floor which will enable the pool to be multipurpose and serve also as a children’s pool.
