After the successful completion of the pool consultancy contract, B + W are delighted to have been appointed for the supply, installation and commissioning of the lap pool filtration & water treatment plant at Woodberry Down.
This development is part of Berkeley’s 30-year Woodberry Down Regeneration project, which began in 2005 and involves demolishing 1,980 homes on the estate to build 5,500 new ones. The new homes are on the banks of the New River at Finsbury Park, overlooking East and West Reservoirs and the new reed beds, hedges and wild flowers of Woodberry Wetlands Centre. This regeneration project has recently been named London Project of the Year at the prestigious RICS construction awards.
As well as the lap pool, the development features a gym, spa and concierge service. Our phase is due to open early 2020.
