B+W are delighted to announce their contract award for the supply and installation of the spa hydro and thermal facilities within The Address Hotel Downtown.
This award follows on from their appointment last year to provide spa specialist MEP design services working in co-ordination with Spa Consultants GOCO Hospitality and the New York based Interior Design Company, Meyer Davis.
The hotel is expected to re-open in the 4th Quarter of 2017 after Emaar hired Dubai-based Dutco BB Group as the contractor to undertake restoration work on the hotel in what they said would be "record time".
Address Downtown is the first hotel project and flagship property of Address Hotels + Resorts that has set international benchmarks with its excellent hospitality and service standards.
