Located to the south of the City of Tangerang, 25 kilometres from Jakarta, the construction of the JHL Solitaire Hotel is underway and is set to be a ground-breaking development in the district of Gading Serpong.
The 15 level stand-alone property, owned by PT Kontek Aja, showcases unique cutting edge design, sure to become a notable landmark in the region. With just over 140 guestrooms, facilities on site are to include Bridal, Japanese and Chinese themed restaurants, swimming pools, gymnasium, ballroom and spa.
Not a standard spa, a kids spa. Barr+Wray developed the design requirements with Messrs AW Lake Spa Concepts, and have now secured the supply and installation of the water elements for the wet areas.
Facilities will include a mud room, sauna, steam room, toddler spa area and kids wet play zone.
Water treatment is key to this development, with many water features, such as bubbles, guns, sprays and waterfalls being incorporated within the design. For this reason we have included 2 water treatment systems, including medium pressure ultra-violet disinfection ensuring optimum water quality.
