B+W are delighted to add one of Bangkok's largest new developments, featuring two ultra-luxury, riverside hotels under the management brands of Four Seasons and Capella, to our project portfolio.
The contract award for the fit out of the spa hydro and thermal facilities within both properties follows our successful completion of the Engineering and Design Consultancy contract for the spa pool and thermal elements within the spa areas.
The 14.2 acre project with an estimated value of US$ 1 billion, by Country Group Development PCL (CGD), will include three individual properties; the Four Seasons Residences as well as the Four Seasons and Capella Hotels.
The Four Seasons Hotel will be a 312 room, low rise, unique urban resort including a lavish spa, restaurants, bars and state of the art meeting facilities.
The Capella Bangkok Hotel will host a combination of 101 guest rooms and riverside villas. It will also include a specialty piano bar serving desserts and cocktails, The Capella Library, and its multi-award winning Auriga Spa wellness retreat.
