PROJECT DESCRIPTION: Holyrood the new Scottish Parliament building designed by the world famous architect Enric Miralles Moya was opened by Her Majesty the Queen in October 2004. As one of Scotland’s leading firms of water engineers B+W were appointed to design, install and commission the Filtration and Water Treatment plants for three ornamental mirror pools located at the main entrance to the new building.
