Single Cartridge Housings
The 51 Series housing is designed for general purpose liquid and gas applications. It is available in 316L stainless steel or Alloy 22 and is rated at full vacuum and 10 bar g in both liquids and gases and up to 150°C. The dual purpose head accepts single open ended and double open ended cartridges. Two version are available, suitable either for standard diameter or B-Blue style cartridges.
The 51 Series B-Blue single cartridge housing range is renowned for its high quality design and manufacture. These housings are designed to accept large diameter pleated and depth media B-Blue cartridges. They are fitted with a Vee clamp closure and are suitable for a wide variety of liquid and gas filtration applications. The 51 Series B-Blue housing will accept the full range of Amazon B-Blue cartridges with removal ratings ranging from 0.5 to 150μm and with nominal lengths of 10” and 20”.
The 51 Series Junior housing is designed for general purpose liquid and gas applications and accepts standard Junior style cartridges . It is fitted with a quick release Vee Clamp Closure for easy opening, rated at full vacuum and 10 bar g in both liquids and gases and up to 150°C. It is available in either 316L stainless steel or Alloy 22.
The 52 Series housing has been developed from the 51 Series housing and is designed for higher pressure applications. These housings are rated at full vacuum and up to 20 bar g in both liquids and gases and up to 150°C. They are available manufactured in 316L stainless steel or Alloy 22.
The 53 Series housing is designed for high pressure applications including gas, steam and pulsating systems. It is manufactured with a DIN threaded closure for higher security offering full vacuum rating and up to 28 bar g in gases and liquids. The housing is temperature rated up to 150°C and a special 40 bar g rated option is available. These housings can be supplied in either 316L stainless steel or Alloy 22.
The ClearView single cartridge housing is unique with its special clear bowl section for viewing the condition of the filter element. It is designed specifically for use in the Fine Chemicals and Pharmaceutical industries and has proved to be highly successful where fluid cleanliness requires visual monitoring online
The 55 Series single cartridge housing has been developed specifically for environments where access to the filter chamber is restricted. This unit accepts Double Open End cartridges, and uses a central bolt with Tee nut for the closure. It is ideal for use in areas of limited access and where the spent fluid and element need to be retained within the bowl
The 56 Series single cartridge housing is renowned for its high quality design and manufacture and accepts both standard Double Open End and Single Open End cartridges. The housing has a high security bolted closure and is particularly suitable for hazardous liquid and gas applications.
The
59 Series filter assembly offers a cost effective and practical filtration solution for many high pressure, high viscosity sealant applications. Manufactured from Carbon Steel they have a working presssure rating of up to 350 bar at 110°C with a flow capacity of up to 20 lt/min. They can be supplied with stainless steel filter elements with removal ratings of 200µm to 1200µm.
