B + W are delighted to have been awarded the contract for the Sparkhill Leisure Centre project, working alongside Pellikaan construction as the main contractor and Robert Limbrick Architects on this £16m new build project.
This development will include a 25-metre, six-lane pool, a 13-metre, four-lane learner pool, an 80-station fitness suite, dance studio, sauna and steam facilities.
B+W have been contracted to design, supply, install and commission both the main and learner pool water filtration and treatment systems, which consist of medium rate filtration, automatic chemical control and UV sterilisation.
The main pool will also come under our remit and will be constructed using Myrtha Technology as part of the 2012 Olympic Legacy agreement.
Completion date for this project will be spring 2017.
