B+W are very pleased to announce that we have been awarded the contract for the new
South of the City Academy, in Aberdeen.
The £47m project is designed by JM Architects and will provide state-of-the-art learning facilities for up to 1,350 pupils from the Kincorth, Torry, Nigg and Cove areas of the city. The community facilities include a swimming pool, fitness suite, games hall, dance studio, gardens, grass & 3G pitches for use outwith the school day.
B+W will be carrying out the design, supply & installation of a 25m 6 lane Myrtha Pool, underground balance tank and associated filtration & water treatment plant.
We are delighted to once again be working alongside Balfour Beattie, on this hub North Scotland project.
The school is due to be complete in June 2018.
