B+W are delighted to have been awarded the contract to carry out extensive refurbishment and remedial works at Loanhead Leisure Centre soon to be Paradykes Community Hub.
We are thrilled to be working again alongside Morrison Construction on this project. This adds to our current portfolio of work being undertaken with this main contractor, these being; Wick Community Campus, James Gilliespie High School, Newbattle High Schools and West Calder High School.
B+W’s contract incorporates the refurbishment of the 25m x 8m x 1-2m deep Main Pool filtration water treatment plant. In addition to this we will also carry out the design supply and installation of a 2.5m diameter Spa Pool and associated filtration system, 8 person Sauna & Steam Room and Experience Shower within the spa area.
