Following our appointment as Wet Spa Consultant for Andaz Hotel in Singapore, Barr+Wray are now contracted for the Supply and Installation of the equipment as designed.
The hotel is located in the uppermost floors of DUO, a premium mixed-use development in the Ophir-Rochor district. DUO is a joint venture between the Malaysia’s Khazanah Nasional and Singapore’s Temasek, and is the largest integrated development in the area, comprising of premium residences, Grade-A office space, boutique retail gallery and a five-star Hotel. Featuring 340 rooms, the Andaz Hotel aims to delight, complete with lounge, numerous restaurants and bars, rooftop outdoor venue, conference facilities, fitness centre and spa.
Barr+Wray provided design works for the male and female thermal suite, then were retained as design and build contractor. Located on the 26th floor with uninterrupted views across Singapore, the changing rooms shall be complete with Sauna, Laconium, Heated Seat with Footbasins and Air / Water Chill Spaces.
We are delighted to be part of the development, scheduled to open in 2017.
