The American Club was established in the mid 1920’s and since then has amassed a membership of nearly 3000 users, around 50% of this figure happen to be non-American citizens.
There are two sites in Hong Kong, the Country Club in Stanley, and located high on the 48th and 49th Floor of Two Exchange Square, is the Town Cub.
Following B+W’s successful supply and install of the replacement saunas at the Country Club in 2014, we were invited to provide replacement thermal facilities at the Town Club, as part of the extensive refurbishment.
With the closure of facilities in any club having the potential to affect membership, the programme is tight. Therefore working alongside the fit-out contractor, the changing areas must be fully reinstated within the two month programme.
As part of our works, B+W are to supply and install two fully prefabricated Hemlock saunas and two steam rooms, which will be finished on site.
